How long does the launch period last?
We haven't committed to an end date. When billing turns on, every customer gets at least 30 days written notice and an explicit choice to keep their current plan, downgrade, or cancel. No silent charges.
What counts as one invoice?
A standard weekly or monthly billing document from your carrier. Most cohort customers receive 4–6 invoices per month per carrier. All of them get audited.
Do you take a percentage of what we recover?
No. ShipGenius is pure subscription pricing — you keep 100% of what gets recovered. White Glove customers pay flat monthly; the recovery work itself is included.
How long does setup take?
Connect-carrier setup is one afternoon for most customers. The first audit findings land within 72 hours of the first invoice we ingest.
What happens to my carrier credentials?
Stored encrypted at rest with envelope encryption. Only the audit engine reads them. We never share them and never log them.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes, any time. Your data stays — only access to the higher-tier surfaces gets gated. If you re-upgrade, you regain access immediately with no recompute.
